about the show

The Paradise City Arts Festival is New England's most exciting and prestigious
show of fine and functional art. Taking place during the peak of Fall Foliage,
this event attracts a strong attendance, an educated clientele and extraordinary media coverage.
30% of the show’s attendees live in the region; 70% travel to Northampton
from New England, New York and beyond.
This fall Paradise City partners with the area’s museums and colleges in a series of heavily
promoted region-wide events and exhibitions on the topic of food. Events at Paradise City will
include 'crEATe: food as artistic inspiration', a themed show-within-a-show open to all exhibitors.
Located on Interstate-91 just 15 minutes north of the Massachusetts Turnpike,
Northampton is under an hour from Hartford, the Berkshires and southern
Vermont; under two hours from Boston, Albany and southern Connecticut;
less than three hours from New York City. Designated "The Best
Small Art Town in America" and one of AmericanStyle Magazine's top
"Art Destinations", Northampton is a cultural, dining
and shopping destination for visitors from all over the Northeast.
the facility

The Three County Fairgrounds is set against rolling hills by the majestic
Connecticut River, and is highly visible to the millions of tourists driving on
I-91. The show is completely under cover, and takes place indoors, in
the Arena and Morgan Buildings, and under a single large Exhibition Tent.
The indoor spaces are carpeted, with a mixture of natural and artificial light.
The booths in the Morgan Buildings have built-in storage. One large white
Exhibition Tent houses the tented spaces at the entrance to the show. A
very large outdoor Sculpture Garden, set between the Morgan Buildings,
provides exhibiting artists with a beautiful setting for landscape-oriented
pieces. An open courtyard, formed by the intersection of the three buildings,
the Exhibition Tent and the Sculpture Garden, provides placement for
additional sculpture, greenery and a convenient resting area for attendees.
amenities

Paradise City furnishes wall-to-wall carpeting in all indoor spaces, free
jewelry lock-up, dedicated exhibitor restrooms, storage, free and convenient exhibitor parking areas,
and help with load-in and load-out. Advance color promotional materials are provided at no charge. Full
convention services, including pipe and drape rental and drayage, are
available. Paradise City's Festival Dining Tent, featuring some of
Northampton's most acclaimed restaurants and live jazz,
provides an upscale respite for collectors navigating the show.
