I began my journey into the world of glass over 25 years ago and have worked in all aspects of glass. Over time I found that etching and carving became equal on the 'obsessive scale'.

My current work is a combination of both forms of glass and it melds the etching and fusing together. I love the shimmering rainbow effects achieved through the use of glass, lustres and metal micas, along with line work added with pen/ink, enamels and sandblast etchings.

My slogan 'Today's contemporary glass...tomorrow's heirloom' stems from living in a disposable society. It is my hope that through the creation of beautiful works of art, we are able to keep and cherish objects. I give meticulous attention to handcrafting every piece I create so it provides joy and beauty today, and becomes a treasured family heirloom for years and generations to come.
