Nathan Macomber runs Macomber Glass, a privately owned and operated glass blowing studio in New Hampshire. His studio is open to guests and there are always at least a few interesting projects going on. A giant six foot spider marks the studio and can be seen from the road.

Macomber’s colorful glass shields, vases and bowls show a true mastery of the difficult medium of hot glass. He often combines forged iron into his work.

Macomber received his BA in glass from Prescott College in 1999 and he has studied glass at the Massachusetts College of Art, the Corning Museum of Glass, and the Penland School of Arts and Crafts. His work can be seen in galleries throughout New England and Arizona.
