I have always been an artist. I taught my self to paint at 10, loved collage all
through my school years, and have filled countless sketchbooks with drawing, but my true passion is
with artful accessorizing.
I received a BFA in Gold and Silvesmithing from SUNY New Paltz in 1985, and then went back
to the business world to pay off my education. In 1994 I became a stay-at-home mom, and then
my creative nature started to demand attention.
After dabbling in many different media, in 2000 I became interested in polymer
clay. Within three months of buying my first little bricks of color, I was showing
and selling my work. It was a match made in heaven. Throughout this decade,
I have steadily grown as a designer and craftsman of unique and luscious jewelry.
