From the EAST: BOSTON and ROUTE 128
It takes a little under two hours. Take the Mass Pike to exit 4, and get on I-91 North. Take exit 19 and turn left. The Fairgrounds is about a quarter-mile on your left, at Old Ferry Road.
From the SOUTH: CONNECTICUT and NEW YORK area
We are 45 minutes from Hartford and less than 3 hours from Manhattan. Take the Hutchinson River Pkwy to the Merritt Pkwy, to I-91 North, or through CONNECTICUT via I-95 East to I-91 North to MA exit 19. Take a left off the exit (Route 9, West) a quarter mile to Old Ferry Rd. and the Festival. We are one hour and 15 minutes from New Haven, and about two hours from the Stamford area.
From the WEST: ALBANY and the BERKSHIRES
From Albany and the Berkshires: Take the Mass Pike east to exit 4. At exit 4, get on I-91 North, to exit 19. Turn left off the exit. From Pittsfield take Route 9 east, all the way through downtown Northampton. The Fairgrounds are a half-mile past downtown, on the right. From the Northern Berkshires take Route 2 east to Greenfield, and get on I-91 South. Get off at exit 20, and turn left at the light, and right at the light at the end of Damon Road. The Fairgrounds are on your left.
From the NORTH: VERMONT OR NEW HAMPSHIRE
Take I-91 South. Get off at exit 20, and turn left at the light, and right at the light at the end of Damon Road. The Fairgrounds are on your left.
Bus or Train
Peter Pan Bus Lines has frequent service from Boston and New York to
Northampton. The fairgrounds are walking distance (half-mile) from the
