Wearable art created from luxurious silk-velvet. My nature-inspired designs are made into devoré (burnout) velvet, then hand-painted with dyes that flow and blend within the fabric. The organic patterns are evolving, even accidental — frozen in time. The rich, shimmering colors create moods, and their combinations tell a story. I want to add to our world my peaceful images of its nature, lovingly rendered in vivid hues within soft fabric that comforts and adorns the wearer.
